Forward your calls to RingBrio

You keep your own number. Calls you don't take go to your assistant. Here's how to switch it on:

  1. 1. Open your phone app

Take the phone with your business number and go to the keypad.

  2. 2. Dial the code

Replace NUMBER with your RingBrio number and press call. Your account shows the code with your number filled in.

  3. 3. Call yourself to test

Call your business number from another phone and don't answer. After a few rings, your assistant picks up.

The codes

The 20 is how many seconds your own phone rings first. Pick 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 or 30.

By phone and provider

iPhone
Type the code in the Phone app under Keypad and press call. Use the code rather than the Call Forwarding switch in Settings, which forwards every call, even ones you could have answered.
Android
Type the code in the Phone app and press call. You can also use the Phone app's settings, under Call forwarding (the name differs per brand).
KPN, Vodafone, Odido (mobile)
The same codes work on every Dutch mobile network, also Lebara, Simyo and Ben. Your provider may charge a forwarded call like a normal call to a mobile number. Check your plan.
KPN landline
On a landline you switch on each situation separately: *61*NUMBER# (no answer) and *67*NUMBER# (busy). Switch off with #61# and #67#. If you hear an error tone, turn forwarding on in MijnKPN or call KPN.
Ziggo
Most Ziggo lines take the same codes as a KPN landline. If it doesn't work, turn forwarding on in Mijn Ziggo or ask Ziggo.
Phone system or VoIP
In your phone system's portal (such as Voys, KPN EEN, 3CX or Teams), forward to your RingBrio number in three cases: no answer after 20 seconds, busy and unreachable.
