Who we are

RingBrio is a service of Lekasoft, Vatternkade 56, 1060 PK Amsterdam, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce 94041105, VAT NL005059701B93). Privacy questions: support@ringbrio.com.

Two roles

For visitors of this website and for business owners with a RingBrio account, we are the controller. This statement is about that.

For people who call a business that uses RingBrio, that business is the controller and we are its processor. See information for callers.

Visitors of this website

We set no statistics or advertising cookies without your consent.

How you found us: when you first open this site, your browser's session storage (sessionStorage, gone when you close the tab) keeps these details:

• the campaign details from the link (utm tags, a Google or Meta click id);
• the page you came from (without search details);
• the first page you viewed here;
• a random visit number.

We pass them on when you click sign up, so we know which campaign works.

On your first visit your browser sends one anonymous event with the same details and the page viewed to our app (app.ringbrio.com), which passes it to PostHog (EU). Without your IP address, no cookie, no profile. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in measuring which channels work, with as little data as possible.

Advertising cookies: once we use an advertising pixel (Meta), it only loads if you say yes in the cookie notice. You can then change your choice any time via 'Cookie settings' at the bottom of the page. Meta is also a controller for that data itself.

Our hosting provider Vercel sees your IP address to serve and protect the page, and keeps it briefly in logs.

Business owners with an account

• Account data: name, email address, phone number, password (stored hashed), business details. Legal basis: the contract.
• Payment data: this goes through Stripe. We never see full card numbers. We keep invoices for 7 years (legal duty).
• How you found us: the details above and your answer to 'How did you find us?', linked to your account and subscription. Legal basis: legitimate interest (knowing which campaigns bring customers).
• Usage: sign-up steps, trial, first real call, payment, cancellation, as events in PostHog (EU), linked to your account id. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
• Messages: emails about your account, your calls and your subscription. No newsletter without consent.

Retention: as long as your account exists, and up to 30 days after you cancel (except invoices).

Who we share data with

Only the parties we need to provide RingBrio, under security agreements. See the list of sub-processors. We do not sell data. Some parties are in the US. The European Commission's standard contractual clauses apply to them.

Your rights

You may access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, and take your data with you. Email support@ringbrio.com. We answer within a month. If you disagree with us, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
