Where CallingBird is better

  • Cheaper if you get few calls (under roughly 250 call minutes a month).
  • Transferring to a person.
  • 30 days free without payment details, and more integrations.

Where RingBrio is better

  • Fixed price: a busy month costs no more (fair use up to 500 minutes).
  • Texts to callers also as a reminder and after a missed call.
  • An email per call with its urgency, and a text when it's urgent.

Which fits you?

If you get few calls, paying per minute at CallingBird is good value. If the phone rings a lot, RingBrio's fixed price is more predictable.
