You cut. RingBrio books the appointment.
A customer in the chair, clippers in your hand, and the phone rings. RingBrio answers with your barbershop's name, books the appointment in your calendar and sends the customer a confirmation by WhatsApp or text.
What it looks like
Screens from the real app. The business and the callers are made up.

The calls you miss today

- "Can I come in today?", while three guys are waiting on the bench.
- Regulars who want to move or cancel their appointment.
- Callers in the evening and on your day off, when the shop is closed.

What RingBrio does for you
Books the appointment
Your assistant knows your services and how long they take, like a cut, a fade or a beard trim. It sees your free times and puts the appointment straight in your calendar.
Fewer empty chairs
On the call the customer picks: confirmation by WhatsApp or text. A day and two hours before, they get a reminder with a link to move or cancel.
Answers questions
Prices, opening hours, walk-in or by appointment, card or cash: it answers with what you've set up.
A WhatsApp after every call
After every call you get a WhatsApp: who called, what they wanted and what was agreed. Email works too.
Questions
Does it work with my calendar or booking system?
RingBrio has its own calendar with an online booking page. It connects to Google Calendar, Outlook and Apple iCloud, and to the booking tools Microsoft Bookings, Cal.com and Calendly (Calendly on a paid plan). It doesn't connect to Salonized, Treatwell or Fresha. If you use one of those, set appointments to on request: the assistant notes what the customer wants and you put it in your own system.
I mostly take walk-ins. Is it still useful?
Yes. Your assistant tells callers your walk-in hours and prices, and books anyone who'd rather have a set time. It doesn't know how long the queue is right now.
Does it help against no-shows?
Every appointment gets a confirmation and a reminder, a day and two hours before, by WhatsApp or text. If the customer can't make it, they move or cancel with the link or by calling back, and the slot opens up again.
How do calls reach it?
You keep your own number and forward it to your RingBrio number, for example when you don't pick up within 20 seconds. That's one code on your phone. See the call forwarding guide.
